Acquisition of S&S

APN made its first move to purchase S&S in 2005. It was an opportunity to carve out a prime niche in the U.S. military market and substantially increase its sales volume. However S&S, headquartered in Spring Valley, San Diego, was not ready to sell and wanted time to get to know APN.

On January 4, 2011, after a year and a half of serious discussions, APN finally purchased S&S and officially entered the U.S. market. This acquisition will enable it to double its sales volume and significantly increase its staff. In the wake of this major purchase, APN will invest $1 million in equipment to support S&S and at the same time create new jobs. This acquisition is a key growth step for APN, a company that is capturing a growing share of the international market. APN’s goal for the next five years?
