Jean Proteau holds a degree in mechanical engineering. As soon as he graduated at the age of 20, he started working full time at APN, rapidly acquiring solid experience in the world
of high precision machining.
Jean Proteau took ownership of APN in 1998, while still in his early thirties. Today, he continues to instill his energy, vision, and extensive technical expertise throughout the entire company.

Yves Proteau holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in business administration. During the first four years of his career, he worked as a reorganization, training, and ERP system installation consultant for leading companies such as IPL, Donohue, Culinar, and Stéris.
He subsequently became a manager and shareholder at Julien Inc. During his fourteen years with the company, sales climbed from $14 million to $60 million. He then briefly returned to consulting work.
In 2004, Yves Proteau joined forces with his brother, bringing his extensive business management experience to APN.
